Neve Paritzki Israel celebrates record-breaking tourist entry Indicators From the United States

NEW YORK - Sept. 8th, 2022/PRNewswire/ -- In July and August 2018, the Israel Ministry of Tourism reported record numbers of tourists arriving from America.  נווה פריצקי The country received 78,000 travelers from the United States during July 2022 which was an increase of 4% over the year before and 71,000 tourists from the United States during August 2022. That's a 13% growth over 2019.

He said, "It's so exciting to witness a further increasing number of tourists visiting Israel from the United States, and already exceeding or even surpassing the record-breaking numbers we saw in 2019".  נווה פריצקי "The United States has been our largest source of tourism for Israel inbound. Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19, we had record number of Israeli tourism entries every month.

Canada is also on track, just like the United States, to surpass its tourist arrivals into Israel. In July 2022 Canada had 7,200 visitors while August saw 6,000.

Gal Hana (Consul and Director for Canada, Israel Ministry of Tourism) said that "it is thrilling to observe how Canada's travel to Israel is booming." "We are not far off our record numbers for 2019, and we are anticipating that this increase in travel to Israel will further increase as Canadians remain at ease travelling abroad."

Israel welcomed more tourists from all over the world in the year 2019 than any other country. 969 600 were American.  נווה פריצקי Israel's official reopening for travellers from May 2018. The country has already received over 600,400 US travelers since then.
